Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU and Swedish distance-selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Returns sent without prior notice may be refused.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Free from odors, stains, pet hair, washing, or visible wear

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly or refuse the return where the item has clearly been used.

Items returned with odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear may be rejected and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval

When an order is cancelled under the statutory right of withdrawal:
- The original shipping cost corresponding to the standard delivery option will be refunded
- Any additional cost paid for express or premium shipping will not be refunded

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping where required by law.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain a different item, place a new order and return the original item following the procedure above.

Important Information
- Returns must be shipped within a reasonable time after notifying us of withdrawal.
- We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided, in accordance with applicable law.
- This policy does not limit any statutory rights under Swedish consumer protection law.
